Perth Glory fans have a lot to thank owner Tony Sage for, as without his money they would probably not have an A League side to support.
Mr. Sage has made no bones that he along with other club owners are upset that they are not listened to by the powers that be at the FFA, and that some of the rules under which they have to run their clubs are detrimental and end up costing them thousands of dollars. In most cases the average football fan would agree.
However there is a time and a place to air these grievances, and sadly yesterday during an interview with the ground announcer at NIB Stadium while the team was warming up for tehir game against Gold Coast United was definitely the wrong time and the wrong place.
