As we all know referees in so many many sports cop untold abuse, and often sadly from the parents of children starting out in the game.
The English FA put this clip out a while ago featuring avid Wet Ham United fan Ray Winstone who was targeted specifically to enact the script, and he does a damn fine job.
We thought it so good we had to share it, and good on Ray for his contribution!
