  • Kim Mickle has qualified for the World Athletics championships following her A qualifier throw in the javelin at last week’s National Championships. Will this compensate for missing out on the Olympics?
  • On the subject of athletics we will catch up with author Len Johnson to discuss his book The Landy Era on the golden period of Australian middle and long distance running.
  • Up and coming WA cyclist, Luke Durbridge will join us to discuss not only his start to the year but also the HBF freeway bike hike.
  • Following last week’s national kayak championships WAIS coach Ramon Anderson will tell us how his charges fared.

So do tune in tonight to 990am from 6pm to listen to the show.

We still have a six pack of Ballantine’s and cola to give away as well as tasty Chicken Treat vouchers. To win one of these prizes listen to the show and call in to enter.
