Everyone knows that rocker Rod Stewart is a made football fan, he even sang the official World cup song for the Scotland team in 1978, although the unofficial Ally’s Army performed better on the charts, but despite all of his success of the park, his brother Don has been rewarded for his efforts on the pitch.
81 year old Don was honoured by the Football Association for having been involved in the game for 50 years. He has in that time coached and played for Cheshunt and Willesdon and has been a referee for more than thirty years despite having had a triple heart bypass.
Still Rockin!
