A gentleman purporting to be the Uruguayan’s agent in Australia contacted the Perth Club and asked if they would be interested in signing him as a marque player. The club answered that they would be, but no fee or salary has been discussed as the agent has not called back the club with any figures. As Recoba is still under contract the move is an unlikely one.
