Plenty to discuss in the past week in sport in Western Australia. Our first guest this edition are El Abrahams from the WA Futsal Centre who has just returned from the USA where a team from Western Australia took out the World Championship. This is a sport with big plans and one that is really going places. Following El we hear of another WA success. Yogi Houlis who has been involved with the West Coast Enforcers Wheelchair rugby side almost since its inception, and he will be talking about how great it was to see the team finally finish on the podium at the national championships. Apart from discussing these two sports Ashley and John discuss the Socceroo’s return to Perth, and their pay demands, the lack of a program at the match. Also under the microscope is the NRL TV deal, the Hockeyroos selections, and the new Perth Stadium and what the possible demolition of ANZ Stadium means for those managing this new stadium.
