It was good to see The Perth Glory continue their great start to the start of the A league season, along with North Queensland Fury and also Wellington Phoenix, while the big guns continued to struggle.
It was also good to hear the shed in strong voice, after the disappointment of the last home game. Four thousand less people but a far better atmosphere, well that was once the game started.
Who was the ground announcer this week, and did he really want to be there? He was the most dull and unenthusiastic yet, called the game soccer and not football and could not even pronounce the Perth Glory players names correctly. He was detrimental to the mood around the ground and Perth Glory need to look at this as many people commented about what a lack of respect was show to the game and the club, with his ignorance.
