Emirates Western Force centre Ryan Cross has been training in what looks like the starting back line, tonight we get the low down on preparation for this weekend’s Tri Nations Clash at the worst International Rugby venue in the world.

Cycling
Darrell Benson the WAIS cycling coach is back on the show and sharing a unique first in Australian cycling for one of our female and male cyclists.

Dragon Boat Championships
The World Dragon Boat Championships start today in Prague, and we catch up with Doug Sinclair a Dragon boat competitor and International Dragon Boat Federation official to see what Australia’s chances are.

Baseball
Shane Tonkin will be joining us to bring us up to speed with all that is happening in baseball, and we hear there is a great deal happening as the Barbagallo Perth Heat search for a third successive Claxton Shield.

Football
Naum Sekulovski from the Perth Glory will be joining us to discuss if back to back wins are on the cards as the Glory take on Melbourne Victory on Friday night.

Squash
Sarah Cardwell has returned from India and the World Junior Squash Championships, we spoke to here before she left and will be following up to see how the team fared.
