So far we have caught up with gymnast Olivia Vivian, Hockey player Kate Starre and now we catch up with another remarkable woman who had never competed in an international event until she arrived at the Olympic Games in Mexico.
Our guest at Perugino Restaurant in West Perth was gold medal winning Lyn McClements who still swims every day and is actively involved in the sport.
