One thing “Not The Footy Show” is never, is cynical. So far be it from us to suggest that the FFA decided to give the reigning champions Melbourne Victory – currently the best supported club in the Hyundai A league two home games in the opening two rounds purely so that the crowd figures look good.
We are well aware that statistics are like a bikini, the show the basics but hide the bare essentials. But we hear that the FFA are very fond of bikinis!
