Changing of the Guard at Football West

Football West may only be 5 years old but it is believed to be on the look out for a new CEO as Garry Chandler leaves this week after 18 months in the role. This will be their third incumbent in 5 years.

Mr Chandler took over from inaugural CEO Michelle Phillips who was head-hunted by the FFA, before they gave her the reins at Perth Glory when Nick Tana sold the club to the governing body.

It is believed that board member Luke Martin will take over the reins until a replacement is found.
