How embarrassing was it to witness the sulk by Didier Drogba when Frank Lampard, Chelsea’s regular penalty taker picked up the ball to make it 2-0 against Wigan Athletic. Drogba wanted to take the penalty to give him a lead over Wayne Rooney in the chase for the golden boot.
Carlo Ancelotti chose to leave the petulant one on the park for the second half, and was rewarded with a Drogba hat-trick, but how many managers would have put up with his selfish egotistical sulk in the first half?
